26-12-2023This desk is so adorable. I have three of them, for my kids aged 2-7. Even my one year old loves to sit at it. It opens up, so there is storage in the desk, but the hinge does get in the way of anything stored inside when closed. So many people have commented on the desk when seeing them. It is fairly easy to put together and has lasted several years for me, so far. Highly recommend. -

10-04-2024I almost didn’t buy this due to reviews saying the leg bolts were “impossible to turn.” Gotta disagree with that. Had no issue fitting both a compact and standard screwdriver up against the sides of the desk and lift mechanism to turn the bolts. You don’t need a drill, I got them in 99% of the way by hand. I know nothing about screws and furniture assembly and easily figured it out. You might have to mix/match the parts to find the screws that like certain bolts/holes better, and maneuver the desk until the screws turn without resistance, but that seems like common sense to me. Really glad I purchased this, it’s really sturdy and the color is very cute.
