These hidden shelf brackets offer a convenient and easy way to install your floating wood shelves. No need to worry about finding the right tools or hardware, as each kit includes screws and wall plugs for your convenience - simply drill a hole in the shelf to fit the diameter of the rod and screw into the wall.
Installation:
Begin the installation process by drilling a 15/32" or 12mm hole into the side of your shelf, ensuring it is between 5" to 8" deep. Use a drill bit with a diameter of 1".
To achieve a flush mount, create a channel approximately .16" deep using either a chisel or router. This will effectively conceal the mounting bracket. Utilize 8 pack screws and wall plugs for this step.
Securely attach the bracket to a stud.
Keep in mind that each bracket has a weight capacity of 15lbs. If you plan on placing heavier items on the shelf, it is advisable to incorporate additional brackets to evenly distribute the weight.
