1. Expiration date.
As you are on the test plan, the expiration date is 30 days from activation. The new plan starts when your current plan is used up or expired.
2. Reloading.
FLEXIBOOM doesn’t renew automatically to keep your property safe.
Renewal is just on the same SIM card and you don't need to change the card.
3. Why can't I purchase plans?
Check your payment detils are correct or change cards.
4. How long will the service be restored after renewal?
Just wait a few minutes and it will work, if not, restart your device.
NOTE: To avoid the service interruptions, we suggestion you reload your data plan before your current plan expires.
5. Unable to connect to the network
a.) Check whether the SIM card has data (if not, the SIM card will continue to work after renewal)
b.) Check whether the device has power and whether the antenna is connected.
c.) Make sure the SIM card is inserted in the correct direction
d.) Reset the device and take it outdoors to try.
e.)Check APN settings and make sure data roaming is turned on.
