• Q1: Do I need to activate this sim card before inserted the device?

Thanks for your questions, Our SIM card have been programmed APN on the most of security cameras, just insert and get connection, there is no registration or login needed. For another devices like Router/tracker/etc, it need to update the our APN setting, read your device’s manual, and check the instructions of cellular parts.

• Q2: Does this sim card APN the same as the previous network sim card?

Thanks for your questions, this is double network SIM card V2.0 APN is "america.bics", based on US server, less network latency and support 5G network in USA.

• Q3: Is it come with phone number？

EIOTCLUB SIM card is a data only SIM card, it doesn't come with phone number, this can enhance the stability of SIM card data connections and give better value of purchase for your data purchase.

• Q4: The card not fit my device, why?

Our SIM cards are triple pre-cut, Standard, Micro, and Nano sizes, please look carefully and punch out the size you need for your wireless device

• Q5: I have apple 11, why it show SIM NOT SUPPORT when I insert it into phone?

Thanks for your questions, EIOTCLUB sim card can used on unlocked device, if your phone is a carrier phone, it may show SIM card is invalid, please try to use another unlocked phone.

Under Setting / Cellular / SIMs => Select the EIOTCLUB => Make Sure the Data Roaming is ON.

• Q6: Can I use this card on 2G gps tracker?

Thanks for your questions, Not for 2G, our SIM card works only on unlocked 4G/5G devices. If you are not sure about your device, please ask your device seller if the device is unlocked 4G/5G device.

• Q7: I could not connect my video on solar camera ?

1. Please confirm whether your data plan has been run out. If yes, please top it up, then restart it manually or wait for hours to restart automatically.

2. Please confirm whether your device is out of battery. If not, please charge it.

• Q8: the camera connection is intermittent, can I switch network ?

Our sim card support two main carrier ATT/Tmobile in USA, it will auto-select the local best carrier, but the network used is also affected by the frequency band supported by the device.
