This is a left-handed diecast casement locking handle with an offset base found on many contemporary casement windows (as viewed for the inside looking out). The mounting holes are positioned offset of the centerline down the base placing them closer to the window frame edge by 13/16 inch from the tip of the lock to the center of the mounting holes. This handle has an a white finish with mounting holes for the handle assembly and the keeper at 1-1/2 inch on center.
Die cast locking handle and keeper with 1-1/2 In. hole centers similar to "Truth" hardware. Holes are drilled and countersunk for #10 flat head screws. Common on metal framed windows.
