Step 1 Place one bracket close to the bottom of the gate ,make screws location and drill pilot holes,install and tighten screws	Step 2 place the bracket on bolt and place in between the two projections on the bolt	Step 3 Place onto gate to determine the top bracket location ,make screws location and drill pilot holes,install and tighten screws	Step 4 drill 5/8 inch hole of 1 inch deep into ground aligned with the bolt
