13-10-2024I’ve never met a checkerboard design I didn’t love and count this oversized, comfy, cozy sweater among them. I wish you could reach out and feel the softness. I used to think I only wanted cotton sweaters but now I can appreciate how 100% acrylic ultra soft fabric is so incredibly soft against your skin in a way that cotton could never be. This loose, chunky knit sweater is casual and classic with a bit of a vintage vibe to it. The collar is ribbed knit, the sleeves have 3” bands, and the bottom has a 4” band. What I love most about the sweater design is the big checks on the body and the smaller ones down the sleeve with a dropped shoulder—fabulous. ABOUT FIT: I’m 5’7” a size 12 and I ordered a L because I wanted extra roominess. I could also have worn a M.CARE: The manufacturer recommends that the sweater be hand washed. (From me, and I assume laid out to dry.) It’s best to take good care of the sweaters we love…and always fold them, never hang them.If you love a soft, chunky, oversized checkerboard sweater like I do…I recommend this one for you!
