It is normal for the hair to fall out when combed. All model heads have this problem. We recommend using a wide-toothed comb to reduce hair loss.
How to care for hair:
- Carefully detangle your hair from roots to ends.
- Wash your hair with a mild shampoo and warm water without rubbing or twisting it.
- After shampooing, wring out the excess water and dry the hair with a towel.
- Add conditioner to the hair, comb through gently and leave on for five minutes.
- Rinse with warm water, wring out excess water and towel dry.
